I spent the last 2 months looking at Jeeps and constantly found myself arguing stupidly high dealer fees, reconditioning fees, etc., until I called Beach Buggies and spoke with Matt. There was a 2017 Wrangler that peaked my interest but was a little out of my price range. I was very transparent on where I needed to be, Matt quickly worked on it and made it happen. He was available, attentive, prompt and not at all “salesy”. Just a genuine person and made the process quick and easy. I was pressed for time that day but Matt stayed late for me. When I showed up, he had everything ready and I was out the door in a little over 30 minutes! On the Jeep, I found a couple small items that I needed to have fixed, he set me up with the mechanic they use and is jumping right on them, with urgency and care. I wish I had the last two months of jeep hunting back but at the end of the day, couldn’t have been more pleased with Matt and Beach Buggies!

We're experienced Jeep owners, but were between vehicles when we moved to Fort Myers from CT, and didn't know any Jeep people in the area. When we decided to pick up a new ride, we checked out Beach Buggys and were immediately at home - we found our Florida Jeep people! Jon was low pressure and easy to deal with, no upselling, patient in answering our questions. In the end we picked out an amazing Rubicon Unlimited, and they had it ready to go for us the next day. They sold the Jeep "as is" but while we had it in the shop to fit a Car Play radio, we asked the mechanic to look at a couple of minor issues we had found, and we were very surprised when Beach Buggys picked up the tab, even though we hadn't asked them to. These people stand by their products and have worked super hard to make us happy customers, we will definitely be back for our next Jeep!

Prices are reasonable, service was excellent and their selection is hand picked by them. Ended up buying same day. Will definitely go back there and highly recommend them!

I knew exactly the Jeep I wanted. Two different large dealership said they couldn’t find it & blew me off. I found it myself over the internet but after all the extra added cost of shipping, along with the untrustworthy feeling it sent me back to a third large dealership. They said would have to build it, wait 3-6 months & even after that, they started chipping away saying that this, or that wasn’t available. I called Beach Buggy & within 4 hours, Matt called with EXACTLY what I wanted!! I was so shocked. The things it didn’t have John added & was more that patient once I found out he has even more options than I researched. They were AMAZING! Matt made the whole experience so easy from start to finish he did everything for me & was more than fair with my trade in. I can’t recommend them enough. They go above and beyond.
